will lead you through an hour of the principles of Laughter Wellness which provides a well-being workout to promote a healthy and joyful life.
This will be done via 4 main activities 1. Inviting Play 2. Rhythmic Activities 3. Breathing Exercises 4. Positive Reinforcement.
